Export packaging needs to balance product protection, container efficiency and discharge at destination. Trayization facilitates forklift handling and warehouse management, but increases height, weight and cost; untraceable code increases the internal utilization of cabinets, but requires that the destination has a suitable method of disassembly. ground protection mats, leg pads and long dimensions dump truck bed liner have different weights than their appearance and should not use the same packaging template.
Trays and wood will need to be carried by a complete set of static and forklifts, and forklifts will need to be matched with the destination equipment. Heavy leg cushions should limit the single weight to prevent pallet break-ups; large plates should be continuously supported to avoid long-term suspensions in transport. When wood packaging is used, the relevant handling and marking requirements in the country of destination should also be identified.

The number and location of straps are to prevent the slides of the plates laterally, while the patches are to avoid strangulation. An appropriate isolation or smoothing material may be used between the texture boards, and the metal connectors and bolts shall be packed in separate boxes and not placed directly on the panels. Tightened diaphragms can contain dust and stationary small pieces, but condensed water and ventilation are still to be considered for sea transport, and wet products cannot be completely sealed.
The cabinet will also be fully fixed. Each bundle of heavy cores, stack heights, gapes at the end of the door and vertical spaces shall be reflected in the container chart, using, if necessary, a confirmed wood square, inflatable bag or binding. Upon completion of the packaging, photographs are taken of all stages, including empty cabinets, floors, half-boxes, full cabinets and front-door positions, which facilitate unusual retroactive access.
The purchaser shall provide the tonnage of the forklift, the length of the forklift, the warehouse platform, the need for the pallet to be mounted and the maximum single load. Vendors are required to include in their quotations packing materials, each bundle of quantity, appearance, net gross weight and container handling. Packaging is not free of charge and determines whether the product is complete and controlled from the plant to the end-use site.
