The number of peddlers is limited by both weight and space. The size of each bundle is determined by the size of the plate, the size of the handle structure and the weight of the block, together with the pallet, the wood, the horns and the straps, and the outer and gross weight of the packaging. The inner size of the container, the size of the cabinet door and the permitted re-routing of the container cannot then be reduced by a single block of the contents.
Road-painted panels can normally be bundled, but stacked heights need to be balanced with plate-painting, forklift load and transport stability. An extra gap is created by a handle or a bump in the road, and the connection will also occupy space if it is placed on the same tray. The thicker specification unit weight increases and may reach the limit before the size is short; the thinr specification may be controlled by stack height or packaging stability.

The loading plan also considers unloading. If the destination is only short cargo forklifts, too long or too heavy a full bundle cannot be safely moved out; if the container needs to be manually unbundled, internal bindings and corridors must be reserved for operating space. The supplier should not remove the necessary handles or exceed the single safety weight for several additional pieces, and the purchaser should confirm the warehouse platform and ground conditions in advance.
The exact quantity should be based on the final specification and the actual package. Estimates can be provided at the quotation stage, but the colour, thickness, mix ratio, tray and cabinet type changes are recalculated. Pending confirmation of the order, the supplier shall submit a list of the containers, indicating the number, number, net weight, gross weight and location of each bundle and provide photographs of the containers at the time of delivery.
The request for quotations provides the target container type, product size thickness, palletization, destination limit weight and offloading equipment. The supplier is given the theoretical quantity and the recommended safe quantity, and the control factor is indicated. The total number of containers thus obtained is more implementable and the temporary reduction of goods due to overweight or inadequate cabinet doors could be avoided until the day of the container.
