The identification of samples purchased in bulk should be done in layers. A small piece of material is suitable for checking colour, texture, surface and base material information, but it does not verify the flatness, weight, connection hole or carrying performance of the whole plate. Full size samples can be checked for processing and handling, with the first being used to confirm the mass production process. The procurement party should identify the issues to be addressed at each stage and avoid authorizing the whole container to be produced with a small piece of material.
The slab sample shall measure the long width, weight, handle, line and hole, and shall be tested with the connector; the leg pad shall be inspected for the outer shape, the pedal contact area, the knob and the edge; and the slab of the car shall be checked for the plate number, the hole, the closing edge and the bulge gap on the basis of the installed map. All measurements were carried out using agreed tools and official travel, resulting in photographs being kept.

If a condition test is required, the vehicle, ground, temperature or material should be selected to be in physical proximity. The test starts with a low-risk state and records deformation, transposition, wear, unloading and installation time. A single demonstration does not represent a long-term life for the procurement to have short-term trial cycles and inspection nodes. In the case of a hanging leg or heavy vehicle, the test must be controlled by an on-site safety programme.
The sample approval documents shall include the name of the product, the drawing version, the material, colour, size, thickness, texture, marking, packaging and permitted deviations, and shall be confirmed by both parties. Any quantity of pre-natal changes would need to be reassessed and there could be no oral replacement of materials or holes. Vendors retain their signatures and buyers also keep a set of baseline samples to facilitate their arrival.
Sample fees, couriers and full-size samples may be higher, but are generally more manageable than re-entry. The distributor may confirm the standard specifications for the main sales as a matter of priority, while the project procurement will focus on the validation of site suitability. The inclusion of the sample phase in the procurement schedule and the setting of time for modification and re-examination would avoid the skipping of critical confirmations for the catch period.
