It would not be appropriate for the first vendor to distribute all specifications equally, but rather to establish a core inventory around a clear client base. For contractors and equipment leasing companies, standard-size pavements and connectors can be used as the main volume; leg pads with commonly used areas when servicing the customer, or, if local mining and transport fleet requirements are stable, a slab or reprocessable plate. First you identify the client, then you decide the group.
Main sales specifications should meet most queries and facilitate replenishment, such as standard width, two to three layers of thickness and universal connectivity. Too many colours, holes and alien sizes break the header too hard to complete the project. The distributor may prepare a small amount of samples and technical information for customer identification, but the subject of the inventory should remain standardized.

Stores of pavements, pads and plates in dealers ' warehouses (new procurement scene)
Volume distribution needs to be combined with sales cycles and supply lead times. Products expected to have high sales volumes and long lead times should be upgraded to secure stocks; large but low-frequency specifications could be sold in advance of the project. The low cost of connectors, handling ropes and fixtures has a direct impact on the integrity of the delivery, and a reasonable proportion of spare parts should be set to avoid the absence of spare parts.
Warehouse conditions determine packaging and stacking. Identification of the tonnage of the forklift, the length of the forklift, the ground load, the shelf or the flat area, and clear numbering of different products. Heavy leg pads and long sheeting require special handling programmes. The establishment of batches, entry dates and customer departure records facilitate first-in, first-out, back-up and replenishment projections.
In the first cupboard, the supplier is provided with a description of the target trade, typical vehicles, the main competitive specifications, the warehouse and the budget to provide the main distribution mix and the container simulation. The distributor should ultimately retain the right to adjust and amend the second container with the first three months of inquiries, transaction and missing records. A clear core stock analogy is numerous but each shortfall is more likely to lead to stable sales.
