Crushed sandstones appear to have been able to move, but with high-frequency heavy vehicles, rapid turnovers and rainwater, there are still tracks, looseness, upturns and grass-roots contamination. The value of pavements on such ground is often not to prevent the first trap, but rather to keep the surface clean, reduce tires and facilitate recovery at the end of the project. Segregation is equally important for existing roads, landscape fragmentation or material sites that need to be protected from mud mixing.
Whether the sheeting is needed should be assessed on the basis of gravel grade, pressure level, thickness, lower layer and drainage. The short-term hardness of the surface does not represent long-term stability when wet clay is beneath the thin rock layer; large granular sharpstones can form a little support under the plate and damage the plate. Pre-laying should be preceded by the removal of high-profile pieces, the filling of pit tanks and ensuring that the water is exported. Only two narrow bands on the wheel tracks make it easy to squeeze debris from the edges, usually requiring continuous coverage of the full width of the vehicle.

Vehicle turns and brakes push loose particles onto the seams or panels, lower frictions and move plates. The bends, turns and loading areas should be expanded to operate at a low speed by the driver and air rotation is prohibited. The planks should be cleaned in time to avoid the repeated crushing of sharp particles between tyres and plates. If the sandstone road is to be used on a permanent basis, the pavement plan should also be aligned with the day-to-day clean-up and replenishment plan.
The focus of the examination was on sub-board particle migration, high seams, loss of edges and lower earth body pump mud. In the event that the rock layer becomes softer or muddled after the rain, the floor should first be repaired and it would not be appropriate to simply reset the sheeting. The project compares the number of patches, clean-ups and vehicle traffic times before and after the sheeting to assess the full life-cycle value rather than the initial purchase cost.
The request for quotations provides the thickness and particle size of the sand layer, the pressure, the lower ground, the vehicle axle, the turning position and the life cycle. The supplier may recommend the thickness, texture and connection. Even if the ground is not mud, the HDPE pavement can still reduce maintenance through isolation, grinding and partitioning, provided that the sandstone base itself is continuous, flat and drained.
