The transport routes of large construction projects will change with the earth, basic, main, mechanical and landscape phases. If one-time purchases are made and laid at the maximum range of the full working period, some of the sheeting will be left idle for long periods or will be covered by subsequent construction, and if the number is too small, it will be frequently dismantled and the passage will be disrupted. It would be reasonable to prepare a stage plan that would mark the main entrance for each phase, the heavy vehicle route, the hanger area, the material dump and the recovery time on the ground, before calculating the swing space segment.
The plates should be numbered and a list of locations should be established to record specifications, days of use, vehicle condition and damage. Prior to the removal of a sector, it was confirmed that the basics and drainage of the new route had been completed and that the continuous transport routes had been maintained. After recovery, wash in the designated area, check cracks, holes, permanent bends and twilight wear and tear, and carry the slabs to the next stage, to be repaired and scrapped. Movement from the mud to the hanged area without inspection may bring hidden injuries into more high-risk conditions.

The same specification may not be used in different regions. Ordinary vehicle roads, high-frequency rotor platforms, grassland protection and the retrofitting of tracked equipment require different thickness, texture and area; a special leg pad for the crane leg is also required and cannot be replaced by a road board. The project could establish a small number of standard specifications to reduce management complexity while retaining a stand-alone configuration for special situations. Connections, handling tools and spare panels should also be included in the inventory.
The working capital plan is linked to the construction master plan and week plan. When new excavations, piles of materials, towers are installed or fire lanes change, plates and markings are updated in a timely manner. By recording depositions, repairs and vehicle fleets in all sectors, it is possible to identify which grass-roots processes are most effective and to adjust for the next phase. The plates are kept in flat piles for long periods of time and cover up the unsuited heat sources so as to avoid any random deformation from the walls.
The request for quotations is accompanied by a plan for the phases, the size of the phases, the list of vehicles, the type of ground, the expected turnover and the conditions of transport. Vendors may assist in the calculation of initial quantities, back-up ratios, single loads and packaging. The use of numbered and phased maps to manage the pavement allows for the conversion of procurement from one-time consumption to traceable project assets and to reduce duplicate entry and storage waste.
