The sinking of the pavement and the detouring of the edges are not usually an isolated appearance, but rather a signal of a change in ground support, vehicle trajectory or connection. Local downsinks may come from water softening, filling loss or plume below the plate; acetal edges are common when vehicles press to the edge of the plate, turn cut, heat swelling and cold constriction is blocked and the adjacent plate rises. When anomalies are detected, the speed of the vehicle should be reduced and the area of apparent high variance should be isolated so as to avoid further damage to the link holes and the plate angles as a result of a tyre impact on the edge.
The inspection shall mark the position of the deformation, record the plate number, the direction of the vehicle and the nearest weather, and then remove the necessary connector under the board. Just from above, the tablets tend to leave the real gap below. Areas emptied or pumped from water need to be cleared of loose material, re-drained and re-balanced; if the plate itself has cracks, holes torn or permanent deformations that cannot be recovered, it should be discontinued or replaced in accordance with the safety requirements of the supplier and the site, instead of continuing to carry heavy loads.

The reposition should be supported by the same height and continuity of the adjacent plate, and the connection is in the same direction as fortified. Overspreading allows the seams to expand and over-restriction may concentrate on the pore when temperature changes or uneven deposition occurs. The edges are at the centre of the turn-line or vehicle wheel, and can be adjusted to allow tyres to reach as far as possible inside the plate. If the width of the passage is insufficient, the driver will press the side of the board every time he avoids, and problems will continue to arise when the new plate is replaced.
The rehabilitation should be followed by a staged test pass. First, the light vehicle is to be observed, then the vehicle is to be checked for low-speed passage and, if necessary, turn. After each trial, the results were compared with the pre-rehabilitation photographs by looking at the high sutures, panel ejection, grass-roots maggots and the transfer of connections. HF roads can be marked with fixed patrol markings to allow for a light to see whether the plates are moving slowly down the slope or outside the bend; this trend is handled at an early stage, usually at a lower cost than waiting until the entire section of the road is wrong.
When requesting a price or communicating after sale, the size of the plate, the direction laid, the type of connection, the depth of the sinking, the height of the edge, the axle of the vehicle and the photographs of the site should be provided. The supplier may judge whether the plate needs to be replaced, the connection changed or the width increased, but a field engineering judgement is still required to determine whether the carrying is satisfied at the grass-roots level. The principle of the maintenance of temporary roads is to find reasons, then restore support and finally review the organization of traffic, and not to attribute all anomalies to the quality of the material.
