The main route to reducing the cycle time of the slabs is to allow the material to start sliding earlier and more continuously and to reduce residual clean-up after discharge. For wet soil, fine powder and some minerals, rust, welding and dimples on bare steel plates increase friction and drivers may need to lift, move forward or wait several times. Once the MHMWPE liner has formed a smoother low friction surface, these repeat actions can be reduced, but the actual amount of time saved should be validated through the same material, along the same route, operational data.
The project may first establish baselines: record the load, the material status, the time of arrival of the vehicle at the discharge point to its full carriage, the lifting angle, the number of secondary actions and the residual weight. Liners are installed to record multiple cycles of the same calibre, excluding differences in the water content of drivers, weather and materials. A comparison of only one of the fastest unloadings can be exaggerated, and consecutive averages and number of anomalies are more reflective of production gains.
The pick-up and lift-off and slid-out scenes (for plastics network materials)
The plate layout shall cover the main slide path of the material, and the forward end, side and tail transition shall be as smooth as possible. If the bolt, pressure or seam is prominent, it re-establishes the hangpoint. The thickness of the plate shall be balanced against the grinding lifetime, effective volume, weight and installed space, and shall be subject to pre-inflation at temperature. Heavyly deformed steel carriages are repaired and then liners are installed; otherwise, the lacuna below the plate may cause a local shock and a loosening of the tights.
Efficiency gains cannot be exchanged for dangerous discharges. The vehicle must be lifted on the stable and flat ground, as required by the manufacturer, away from the empty line and the slope, and forced to unload the material without having to rush, brake or knock on the car. Drivers observe whether the skates are biased to one side, whether the panel is drummed and whether the tail door is smooth. When a card material appears, the van is dropped and processed in accordance with security procedures, and personnel are denied access to the unreliable lift cars.
The request for quotations will provide the number of car drawings, the type of material, the size, temperature, water content, daily circulation and the current average discharge time. Vendors may propose material numbering, thickness, cutting and securing options. The true value of the slabs to the vehicle fleet is judged by accounting for the reduced discharge time, reduced residues, maintenance of the stopover and liner lifetimes.
